The Level 3 Award in Employment and Personal Learning Skills for Health

This course is to equips apprentices with transferable skills for a wide range of roles in the health sector as part of an Advanced Apprenticeship in Health, or Direction Learnings Ltd Intern package, Combined with the Level 5 in Education and Training course.

This level comprises five mandatory units:

• Understand employment responsibilities and rights in health, social care or children and young people's settings

• Prepare for a level 3 apprenticeship

• Manage own learning

• Use research skills to solve problems

• Participate through team leading.
